This way, they will be able to charge their phones and continue working for some time during blackouts.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The war proved that the media are not only a source of information, but also of security, since, through them, people are informed about the development of the war and any potential threat that may occur,&#8221;<\/p>\n<cite>says Khilchenko.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delivery was carried out over a two-day period through direct distribution and by courier.
